Los Angeles: A fourth-grade school teacher has been arrested for a sex crime against a 15-year-old juvenile.
On September 17, 2007, at 9:30 p.m., Rodolfo Rabonza, 33, went into the sauna at a local health club in the 5900 block of Sepulveda Boulevard. The victim, a teenage boy, was in the sauna and was assaulted by Rabonza.
Rabonza was arrested shortly after the incident for Lewd Acts on a Minor. He was booked and later released after posting $100,000 bail.
Rabonza had been employed by Saint Elisabeth Catholic School for the past five years. Saint Elisabeth School officials and the Los Angeles Archdiocese are cooperating with investigators.

I wasn't aware that the accused had already been convicted.
Shouldn't the "victim" be described as an alleged victim, and the "assault" as an alleged assault?
This isn't political correctness, it's simply accuracy.

It is about time. This has been America's dirty little secret for a long time. Every rapist I have spoken to had this experience and it was shoved under the carpet. Without intervention and consequences for the offenders, today's victim becomes tomorrow's perpetrator. I hope they put this disgusting female under the jail for what she has done to this child. Somebody tell this youngster this should not have happened to him. Make sure he knows what she did was WRONG and it was NOT his fault. Somebody tell him he is still innocent, please.

this has been going on at that gym forever. i've even called the police myself and complained about the lewd acts being committed at that gym. It's fine if you want to be gay....just take it back to your own home.
