On CBS2 I heard that the person driving the vehicle that CAUSED the crash had been sited in Jan for NOT having a LICENSE - but the car wasn't impounded, for what I can only guess as to why. My question is WHY on earth do we keep rewarding bad behavior. I KNOW IF I DIDN'T HAVE A LICENSE I WOULD HAVE LOST MY CAR! What I take away from this new prop is I need to STOP doing what's right and start doing only what I want. Oh yeah, rethinking this - it might not work as I am a concerned Citizen.

Yep. We need to keep sending these newspaper articles about the carnage in our streets produced by unlicensed drivers to Chief Beck and the Sanctuary City politicians at city hall. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE.

this would NOT have happened, had the procedures to remove vehicles from unlicensed drivers. the driver was discovered in January to be unlicensed and her car was NOT impounded. i hope the government quits rewarding the criminals, because if they don't, we'll all become criminals.

Let us not generalize and play the blame game but rather let us take a look at the facts. According to the LAPD "Detectives are also waiting for completion of toxicology reports to determine what charges may be brought against the driver."
Hence the issue here is that the person responsible was probably intoxicated and because of poor choices, this family has to suffer. It is an act of recklessness and irresponsibility from EVERYONE who drives at a high rate of speed and intoxicated REGARDLESS if you have a license or not.
