I would like to participate, but the language you try to communicate with society is poor. I encourage you to take this note closer since you claim yourselves like the "citizens' voice".

I do not mean that fully accessible government code – I want to know all the problems the police commission at least tries to solve. The current communication appears bad; neither online postings of weekly meetings, nor open meetings itself are informative.

Recall my first note: even the provided speaker’s equipment is not used. I understand you are in your home, but being an invitee I would like to feel me comfortable here either.

William Bratton's open mind in the offer of police communication with community is readable and hence still actual. Turnaround into work must be tangible.

Look, you wrote somewhere “to win back the city's trust, Chief Bratton and the department put systems into place to create an organization where information and changes occurring in the department would be freely shared with the community and media.

Chief Bratton left to grow further and does it, but it looks like his legacy and success has been started forgotten quickly.

Really, e.g., after looking into 10.23.12 online report.

1. The Department’s 30 year pin ceremony. It would be better to say something like that: a pinning ceremony is a symbolic welcoming of newly graduated. The new grads (who?) are presented with their pins by the management (who?). It is still not outdated ritual (right?).

2. Landscaping event at Topanga Community Police Station, Same thing, e.g., as found myself to get you: the Topanga Booster, a volunteer support organization of business and community leaders, raised funds for community services and did it to increase the effectiveness and morale of Topanga officers and staff.

3. In regard “Compstat meeting in South Bureau – PRESENTATION” and “The Taste of Soul event in South Bureau” those publication of this event was not found – No result! Do they really volunteer there?

Does society really interested in agenda items about transmitting numerous unknown grant applications and donations at this tough time, or any real life of police, its protection and service?

Respectfully,
Mr. K’Zorin
