Porter Ranch, Los Angeles: The family of Norman Henry Heuer and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Devonshire Division are asking for the public’s help to locate Norman.
On February 25, 2014, around 2:30 p.m., Norman was last seen leaving his residence located in the 10700 block of Des Moines Avenue in Porter Ranch. Norman walked away from the location and has not been seen or heard from since. His family is extremely concerned for his welfare because he suffers from autism and is in poor mental condition. Norman frequents many restaurants in the Northridge area to include:
Carrows at 20557 Devonshire Street, Cocos Restaurant, located on the corner of Devonshire Street and Reseda Boulevard, and Bob’s Big Boys, on the corner of Corbin Avenue and Nordhoff Street.
Norman is described as a White male with white hair, green eyes and answers to the nickname of “Sonny”. He stands 5 feet 10 inch tall and weighs about 165 pounds. He was last seen possibly wearing a golf shirt (unknown color) and shorts (unknown color).
