If caught, would they even get any jail time for this these days?

This is just heart wrenching to find your pet killed in such a heartless manner. There’s someone out there that knows who did this is and they need to muster up the courage and tell someone at the police department who it is. People who can do this sort of thing have no remorse. I am so sorry for the loss of your pet. The LAPD need to step up whatever they can do and find this individual or individuals and lock them up permanently !
