24-year-old Missing Woman

Los Angeles: The family of Shirley Elaine Carter and the Los Angeles Police Department are asking for the public’s help to locate her.
Carter
was last seen on November 13, 2012, around 10:00 a.m. at the residence
of a friend in the 400 block of West 75th Street, in the City of Los
Angeles. Carter’s family is very concerned about her unexplained
disappearance because she is visiting from Las Vegas, and has not
returned home. She was in the Los Angeles area visiting her 4-year old
son who is currently residing with Vincent Stevenson. Vincent Stevenson
was the last person to be seen with Carter.
Carter is described as a 24-year-old African American, with black hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has a tattoo on her lower back and multiple tattoos on the back of her legs. She was last seen wearing dark colored denim jeans with unknown type shoes.
