Found Adult

Wilmington: The Los Angeles Police Department's Harbor Division requests the public's assistance in identifying the family or relatives of a found adult.

On October 12, 2018, around 12:30 p.m., Harbor Division patrol officers responded to a radio call of a found male adult at Kaiser Hospital in Harbor City. Hospital staff advised officers the elderly male had been brought to the hospital by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics. He had been wandering around the 600 block of Harry Bridges Boulevard appearing confused of his whereabouts. Through Spanish translation, officers could obtain a possible name of "Mariano Vega" and that he was from Mexico. He did not know his current address and was unable to answer any questions regarding his family or his residence.

The found adult is described as a 70-80-year-old male Hispanic with gray hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. He was wearing a white cowboy hat, a gray button-up shirt and blue jeans.
