Missing 34-Year-Old Female

Granada Hills: The family of Adriana Prado Figueroa and the Los Angeles Police Department's Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public's help in locating her.

Adriana was last seen on December 4, 2018, around 2:30 p.m., in the 17200 block of Los Alimos Street in the City of Granada Hills. She has not been seen since and her family is concerned that she has not been located.

Adriana is described as a 34-year-old female Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds. She was last seen driving a grey 2015 Toyota Highlander SUV, with California license plate "7LZA334."

Person of Interest Sought in Beer Heist NR18309ml

 

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department Commercial Crimes Division Detectives are asking for the public's help in locating a person of interest in beer heist.

On Friday, November 30, 2018, Detectives received a phone call from the owner of delivery company from Turlock, California. The owner stated the person of interest, Jose Rodriguez, was hired to take the semi-truck to Van Nuys, California and pick up a load of beer.

Rodriguez completed the pick-up of the beer, and never completed the delivery. Over the weekend the owner had numerous text messages sent by Rodriguez, but the semi-truck was still missing.

Detectives received information late Sunday afternoon of the location of the truck. The truck was recovered in West Valley Division with the load of beer kegs. Detectives are requesting any information that would assist in locating Rodriguez.

Jose Jesus Rodriguez is described as a male, Hispanic, 5'07", 200 pounds, black hair, hazel eyes.

Father of Child Arrested for Child Abuse Resulting in Death

South Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department's Juvenile Division, Abused Child Section, is investigating the death of a 4-year-old female.

On December 2nd, officers and detectives responded to the Los Angeles County University of Southern California Medical Center (LAC-USCMC). They were requested after a 4-year-old female was transported there at 11:15 a.m. by ambulance. The victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. The victim had been transported from a residence in the 1500 block of east 42nd Street. Police were requested by the hospital staff.

Detectives initial investigation has led them to arrest the father of the victim, 23-year-old Charles Richard Lee. Lee has been arrested for a felony charge; child abuse resulting in death. Lee's booking number is 5487075. At this time, the investigation is on-going and is pending review by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

West and South Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department's Robbery-Homicide Division Robbery detectives are asking for the public's help in providing any information that would lead to the identification and arrest of two suspects involved in a series of armed robberies.

Between November 6, 2018 to November 30, 2018, Los Angeles Police Department and Culver City Police Department have responded to a series of street robberies in which the same suspects robbed multiple victims of their wallets, jewelry and cellular telephones.

The two suspects exit their vehicle, approach and rob pedestrians of their valuables at gunpoint. One suspect is armed with a black revolver. The suspects also claim gang affiliation.

The suspects are a driving a white late model four-door Toyota Camry with paper plates, possibly with the word "GLENDALE".

Detectives have identified two males as persons of interest in these robberies.

Sexual Assault Suspect Arrested NR18304dm

 

Los Angeles: Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department's Robbery-Homicide Division (RHD), Special Assault Section (SAS), arrested 22-year-old Andres Pascual, a resident of the Los Angeles area, for Burglary and Rape in LAPD's Northeast Area.

On November 4, 2018, around 5:00 a.m., the victim was asleep in her apartment located in the 1800 block of Sunset Boulevard. The suspect entered her apartment building through the fire escape. Once inside, the suspect pried open the victim's bedroom window and sexually assaulted her as she slept. The suspect is unknown to the victim. The victim woke up and pushed him away. After the assault, the suspect exited through the front door.

On November 23, 2018, Andres Pascual surrendered to Rampart Division desk officers, identifying himself as the suspect wanted for the Northeast Hot Prowl/ Sexual Assault case. Robbery-Homicide detectives responded and took Pascual into custody.

On November 27, 2018, the District Attorney's office filed one count of 459 PC ~ First Degree Residential Burglary and one count of 261(a)(4) PC ~ Rape of an Unconscious Person.
