Reseda: The Los Angeles Police Department's Valley Bureau Homicide Detectives are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for the shooting death of a man in Reseda.

Trust me, the victim (transient/gang member) and the shooter (gang member) either knew each other or this was just a random initiation or quota killing. And yes, gangs have quotas on how many people their members should kill or rob, that's why it's so scary living in gang infested neighborhoods.

Reseda aint that big and the area where this murder happened only has a few gangs.

The victim was a 36-year old transient/gang member. Either he had bad blood with the gang he was in to the point where he was thrown out into the streets and ignored by his gang. Or he got out of jail not too long ago and his gang, friends, and family gave up on him.

This shooting went down in the wee hours (around 4:30 a.m.) of the morning so no witnesses or the West Valley Bureau LAPD would be privy to what was going on.

Gang members like to ride around late at night or super early in the morning in beat up or old cars looking for someone to shoot at, to kill, or to rob.

Nothing good happens in the Valley between the hours of 2:00AM and 6:00AM
