Critical Missing 13-Year-Old Female

Pacoima: The family of Destiny Gonzalez and the Los Angeles Police Department's Foothill Area are asking for the public's assistance in locating her.

On June 4, 2019 at 11 a.m., Destiny was last seen leaving her home through the rear gate and entering an awaiting vehicle in the alley near the 11700 block of Glenoaks Boulevard.

Destiny is described as a 13-year-old, female Hispanic, with black hair, and brown eyes. She stands at 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. Destiny was seen wearing a black sweater with white letters, and light colored blue jeans.

Shooting Leaves One Dead NR19160ml

Reseda: The Los Angeles Police Department's Valley Bureau Homicide Detectives are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for the shooting death of a man in Reseda.
On June 12, 2019, at about, 4:28 a.m., Los Angeles Police Department West Valley Area Uniformed Patrol Officers responded to a radio call of a "Shots Fired Investigation" at the 18700 block of Vanowen Street in the City of Reseda.

Upon officers arrival, they located the victim lying on the south sidewalk. The victim was unconscious and not breathing. The Los Angeles City Fire Department Paramedics responded and pronounced the victim deceased at scene.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was approached on foot by the suspect as he stood on the sidewalk. The suspect produced a handgun and fired several shots striking the victim causing his death. The suspect fled the area in an unknown type vehicle.

The victim is a documented gang member of a local San Fernando Valley Hispanic gang. The victim is described as a thirty-six-year-old male Hispanic transient. The victim's identity is not being released until notification of family.
