Cordoba is a male Hispanic, 5’5”, 140 pounds. He has a tattoo on his left forearm. It is believed Cordoba is still in the local area. Cordoba is considered armed and dangerous.

The suspect, David Cordoba, was taken into police custody on January 6, 2021 at 10:00 p.m. on the intersection of 3rd Street and Berendo Street in the city of Los Angeles.
Pico-Union: On December 21st, 2020 around 10:30 p.m., Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to a residence in the 1800 block of 11th Place to conduct a welfare check. Upon arrival at the residence, it was decided to force entry into the location. Upon entry, a female in her 60s and a six-year-old male were found deceased.
Operations-Central Bureau Homicide detectives responded to the scene and worked diligently through the night and the following day. Their investigation has revealed the suspect, 26 year old David Cordoba, resided with the female victim, his mother, Maria Rodas. The male victim, Alan, was Cordoba’s nephew and was with Rodas at the residence when they were killed. During a family dispute, Cordoba stabbed Rodas and Alan. Cordoba also stabbed an additional adult family member who was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive. Cordoba fled the location.
